About OceanEarth Foundation

OceanEarth Foundation is a conservation charity that is helping build a future where people and nature thrive together.
A world where both our planet and its inhabitants flourish; a future where prosperity is shared by economies and nature.

To reverse nature-loss and help achieve a net-zero-emissions world by 2050, we believe a paradigm shift in global thinking and action is required. Our mission is to build resilient communities and reverse nature loss by helping unlock transformational change. We do this by joining hands with individuals and communities to foster resilience and empower them to become informed decision-makers and active champions of change, bolster land- and seascapes, and ultimately halt and start reversing the loss of nature.

Working with a range of exceptional partners and clients, such as the Birdlife International, OzFish Unlimited, World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the Indonesian Climate Change Trust Fund, International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), and Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) we provide collaborative solutions across Australia, the Pacific, and Coral Triangle region of southeast Asia.

Our holistic solutions are delivered through three program streams: Ocean - resilient oceans for people and nature; Earth - resilient communities through nature-based solutions; and GenerationNature+ - positive impact for our OceanEarth.

Each of these are underpinned by our key strategies:

  • unlocking new, innovative approaches and dynamic collaborations that meet societal challenges and create the environment for change;
  • nurturing the trailblazers of tomorrow to shape a nature-positive future; and
  • enabling community-led positive environmental and social impact.
